Conditions of Sale - Ecommerce I.R.C. Components

1. Definitions

  • Seller: IRC S.r.l., with registered office in Via Inferiore Rio Maggiore, 8C - 16138 Genova, VAT NO. 02261530998,
     registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa .
  • Customer: The user placing an order through the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal managed by IRC S.r.l.
  • Products: The goods and services offered for sale on the irccomponents.co.uk e-commerce portal.
  • Contract: The agreement between the Customer and the Seller for the purchase of Products, which is formed upon acceptance
    of the order by the Seller.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

  • The purchase of Products from the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal entails unreserved acceptance
    of these Conditions of Sale by the Customer.

3. Orders

  • Orders placed via the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal are considered offers to purchase.
  • The Vendor reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

4. Prices and Payments

  • The prices of the Products are those indicated on the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal at the time of ordering.
  • The Customer is responsible for full payment of the order before the Products are shipped.
  • Payment can be made using the payment methods accepted by the ecommerce portal.

5. Shipping and Deliveries

  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products to the address specified by the Customer in the order.
  • Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to change. The Seller will make every effort to respect them.
  • The risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • The Customer is entitled to return the Products within 14 days after delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.
  • The Vendor will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products, excluding the original shipping costs.
  • The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Products, except in cases where the Products are defective or incorrect.

7. Guarantees

  • The Vendor provides warranties for the Products in accordance with applicable laws.
  • For assistance or complaints concerning the Products, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@irccomponents.it

8. Responsibility

  • The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by the use of the Products.
  • The total liability of the Seller to the Customer shall never exceed the amount paid for the Products.

9. Changes to the Terms

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Sale at any time.
  • The changes will be published on the portal and I.R.C. Components trade will be effective immediately.

10. Governing Law

  • These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction
    of the competent courts in Italy.

By accepting these Terms of Sale, the Customer confirms that he/she understands and accepts all the terms and conditions.
