Definitions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seller: IRC S.r.l., with registered office in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Via Inferiore Rio Maggiore, 8C - 16138 Genova<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, VAT NO. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">02261530998,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa .<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer: The user placing an order through the I.R.C. Components ecommerce portal managed by IRC S.r.l.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products: The goods and services offered for sale on the irccomponents.co.uk e-commerce portal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contract: The agreement between the Customer and the Seller for the purchase of Products, which is formed upon acceptance<br \/>\nof the order by the Seller.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Acceptance of the Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purchase of Products from the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal entails unreserved acceptance<br \/>\nof these Conditions of Sale by the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders placed via the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal are considered offers to purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vendor reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>4. Prices and Payments<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prices of the Products are those indicated on the I.R.C. Components e-commerce portal at the time of ordering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer is responsible for full payment of the order before the Products are shipped.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment can be made using the payment methods accepted by the ecommerce portal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>5. Shipping and Deliveries<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products to the address specified by the Customer in the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to change. The Seller will make every effort to respect them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>6. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer is entitled to return the Products within 14 days after delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vendor will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products, excluding the original shipping costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Products, except in cases where the Products are defective or incorrect.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>7. Guarantees<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Vendor provides warranties for the Products in accordance with applicable laws.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For assistance or complaints concerning the Products, the Customer may contact the Seller at<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <a href=\"mailto:info@irccomponents.it\">info@irccomponents.it<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>8. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by the use of the Products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total liability of the Seller to the Customer shall never exceed the amount paid for the Products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>9. Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Sale at any time.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The changes will be published on the portal and I.R.C. Components trade will be effective immediately.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>10. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
